Spring has sprung and a refreshing tea is one of those treats that is great to prepare for gatherings with friends. We also like to keep a pitcher ready in the fridge as an herbal elixir alternative to water.
Takes: 10 minutes to make (1 hour to cool)
Makes: 4 glasses
- 2 handful fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 4 cups filtered water
- Add honey to your taste.
- CBD Oil Peppermint Flavor 2 droppers full
- Just a squeeze of lemon (optional)
Bring the water to 190 degrees Fahrenheit or a near boil. Place the fresh mint in a glass container and pour the hot water over top.
Mix Honey and CBD Oil together. Let hot water with mint leaves rest for 15 to 20 minutes and then add the CBD Oil and Honey mixture together.
Steep the leaves for 20 minutes and then discard them.
Allow the tea to cool 30 minutes. Finish cooling the tea completely and serve over ice with a fresh mint sprig.
