Refunds and Returns

Our Return Policy (in brief): Pacific CBD Co. does not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchase unless it is damaged or defective. We cannot accept any bottles that have been opened. A defective product is described as damaged in shipping, broken or leaking bottles during shipping, or any product that is deemed to be compromised of its integrity from the shipping process. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and let us know if there are any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your package.

We are happy to accept returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase.

Return requests MUST be made within 30 days of order receipt as indicated by the delivery tracking system of the US Postal Service. Requests made after this time will not be honored.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our end.
