Cooking with CBD? Is this real or just a fad?
Cooking with different types of CBD
Today if you were to visit places in California, Washington, Oregon, Las Vegas, and parts of Florida you will find coffee shops offering CBD Tincture (oil)/Spray. This is just the first part of a new industry that we have seen popping up. Currently with my research there are about 125 Restaurants offering some form of CBD/Hemp in there food products.
For an example I talked with a Steakhouse that adds CBD to some of their Steak Sauce. When talking with a few people from this establishment they told me they on average use a 500mg Tincture oil drops in there sauce and put a dosage in it for a average person. 1 full Dropper in the sauce and then mix it up for about 15 seconds.
Some companies are using CBD Isolate in foods like salads, or even at the tale end of cooking some items like burgers and adding just a bit of isolate to the food.
